The survey covers nearly 350 industry-specific job titles and 550 general industry titles ranging from entry-level to top executives. In addition to salary data, Compensation Data Healthcare contains comprehensive pay practices and benefits information. This year’s results feature data collected from 10,250 healthcare employers with nearly 6 million incumbents across the country. Nearly 50,000 organizations in other industries provided data on general staff positions.

Compensation Data Not-For-Profit provides a comprehensive summary of pay data, pay practices and benefits information with an effective date of January 1, 2014. The survey covers nearly 170 industry-specific job titles and 500 general industry titles ranging from entry-level to top executives. This year's results feature data collected from more than 5,700 employers with 4.5 million employees across the country. Compensation Data Manufacturing & Distribution provides a comprehensive summary of pay data, benefits information and pay practices with an effective date of January 1, 2014. The survey covers more than 150 industry-specific job titles and 500 general industry titles ranging from entry-level to top executives. This year's results feature data collected from nearly 22,000 employers with 21.5 million employees across the country. Stagnant Pay Range Adjustments Reflect a Cautious Outlook from Employers

Kansas City, Kan. – The average pay increase budget projected for organizations in 2014 is 2.8 percent, up slightly from 2.7 percent reported for 2013, according to Compdata Surveys’ national survey of 40,000 U.S. employers. More than 80 percent of participating organizations indicated having a formal pay range in place, and the average pay range adjustment reported in 2013 was 2.1 percent. This is up slightly from 1.9 percent last year and 1.7 percent in 2011. Organizations expect almost no change for 2014, reporting projected adjustments of 2 percent.
